We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for animal welfare to reach out to Chicago ! We plan to reach out to classrooms during the day, summer camp sessions, and adults over the lunch hour, in the evening and on weekends. Training will consist of 3 Saturday sessions: April 21st, April 28th & May 12th from 1:00-2:30 pm and will be held at our new Bucktown Branch at 1629 N. Ashland . You will be taught in depth information about Tree House, the Stray Cat Overpopulation Problem here in Chicago, Basic Animal Care & Companionship and much much more! You will be trained in how to give our presentations in a group setting. We have presentations set for pre-school, elementary, middle and high school aged children, as well as adults and look forward to visiting schools and businesses across the Chicagoland area. We plan to start getting people presenting at least once by the end of the school year. We will also be needing presenters for this summer and the following school year as well. Previous experience speaking in front of groups is a plus, but training will be provided if this is something new for you. All you need is confidence and a love of animals! We look forward to hearing from you soon!
