Becoming an integral member of Team Tree House provides you with a fun and easy way to reach your own goals while raising funds for the cats--any time of the year!
What is Team Tree House? Team Tree House is a community of adventurous, dedicated people who are committed to continually challenging themselves and to raising money for Tree House cats while pursuing personal goals. While many Team Tree House members choose to tackle athletic feats like a triathlon or marathon, there are lots of opportunities to participate, even if your interests are unrelated to sports
How does it work? What’s exciting about becoming a Team Tree House Member is how fun and easy it is to make a difference in the lives of Chicago’s neediest cats.Once you choose your goal, you can create a unique, personalized fundraising page to tell your friends, family, and acquaintances about you, your goal, and, of course, Tree House. You can update your supporters with daily progress reports, inspiring or funny stories, and pictures.By engaging your supporters in this way, you ensure continued donations.
Will my donations make a difference? Yes! And raising the money is easy! Many people think they have to donate large sums of money to make a difference, and while large donations do help, so do small ones. If 20 of your friends and family give just $10 each, that’s $200! That money goes a long way at Tree House. With $200, Tree House can: spay/neuter, treat and vaccinate 10 cats; purchase formula to enable us to save 8 newborn, orphaned kittens; or pay for a life-saving surgery for a sick or injured stray cat.You can make a difference!
